Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control their transportation or storage conditions during shipping, once the order has been delivered to the customer, DULCE TENTACIÓN HOMEMADE INC. is not responsible for issues caused by delays or logistical failures on the part of the carrier. 
However, if you experience any issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation and provide support, including evaluating a possible refund / replacement when applicable. Our priority is always to ensure a pleasant experience for our customers.
